Payment and Cancellation Policies

Payment must be received prior to the conference. If payment is not received by the conference date, the registration fee must be guaranteed on charge card until proof of payment is provided. Make check payable to Endeavor Business Media/2025 Deepwater Operations / Topsides Platforms & Hulls .

Cancellation and Refund Policy
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to registration@endeavorb2b.com for refund consideration. Substitutions can be requested at any time by writing to the Registration Department.
Cancellations received before October 20, 2025, are completed with a 50% refund. After October 20, 2025, no refunds are permitted.

No refunds are offered if the event in shortened and/or cancelled due to weather or other conditions or circumstances beyond Endeavor Business Media’s control.
