EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS

Company names can only be selected once, so please make sure to register your entire booth personnel all at once. ONLY REGISTER THE STAFF WHO WILL BE ATTENDING. You can add to your booth personnel on the "Additional People" page of the registration process. If you complete the registration process prior to adding the entire group, you will need to log back into your existing registration to continue adding your booth staff.

The booth staff registrations included with your booth space will be reflected after you have selected your company name and booth size in the dropdown menus below.

Each exhibitor receives one (1) complimentary exhibitor full conference pass and two (2) exhibit booth staff passes per 100 Square feet of booth space.
Booth Staff & Over-Allotment Booth Staff registrations do not include lunches and are available for purchase for $100.00 for both days (Wednesday/ Thursday)

Registered and verified conference attendees will earn 9 professional development hours after attending the conference. The link to download a PDF copy of the certificate will be emailed to all verified delegates after the event.

Pre-Conference Workshop Only - $295.00

A one day workshop presented by Westney Consulting taking place Tuesday, 11/5/24, from 2:00PM to 5:00PM. Each participant will earn (3) Professional Development Hours (PDH) and:

Set of notes with presentation materials
Workshop assignments
References and case studies
Access to the Opening Night Reception in the exhibit hall Tuesday, 5:00PM - 6:30PM

Registration Cancellation/Refund Policy – All cancellations must be submitted in writing and sent to registration@endeavorb2b.com for refund consideration.

Cancellations received:
Before October 17, 2024, are completed with a 50% refund
After October 17, 2024, registrations are non-refundable

No refunds are offered if the event in shortened and/or cancelled due to weather or other conditions or circumstances beyond Endeavor Business Media’s control.
