The purpose of the Deepwater Operations/Topsides, Platforms & Hulls Young Professionals subcommittee is to attract young industry professionals and college students.  The subcommittee is formed to bring a young professional’s perspective and attract young talent to the conference.  The subcommittee is expected to play a role in the development of the conference sessions with topics partly aimed at or inclusive to the younger audience. The overall objective is creating a sustainable diverse pipeline of talent with aim to consistently improve the event.
