Building Resilience for Offshore Projects

 

 

Organizer: 

This will be a facilitated workshop in which participants from owner/operators, service providers, and suppliers all work together on real-world, timely challenges faced by offshore projects, and guided by principles of resilience building that they will learn and apply. Each participant will get a set of notes with presentation materials, workshop assignments, references, and case studies.

Attendees earn three (3) Professional Development Hours (PDH) for attending this workshop.

Case studies and breakout teams. Task to identify the relevant uncontrollable risks and come up with strategies for building resilience by applying optionality, ruggedness, and assurance.

4:45 – 5:00 pm

Wrap-up

5:00 - 6:30 pm

Deepwater Operations/Topsides, Platforms & Hulls opening night reception in the exhibit hall (all workshop attendees are invited to attend)
