EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS

Company names can only be selected once, so please make sure to register your entire booth personnel all at once. ONLY REGISTER THE STAFF WHO WILL BE ATTENDING. You can add to your booth personnel on the "Additional People" page of the registration process. If you complete the registration process prior to adding the entire group, you will need to log back into your existing registration to continue adding your booth staff. 

The booth staff registrations included with your booth space will be reflected after you have selected your company name and booth size in the dropdown menus below.  

Each exhibitor receives one (1) complimentary exhibitor full conference pass and two (2) exhibit booth staff passes per 100 Square feet of booth space.
Over-Allotment Booth Staff registrations do not include lunches and are available for purchase for $150.00 for both days (Wednesday/ Thursday)

If you see "Sold Out" next to your company name, someone has already registered for your exhibitor badges. Please log into your existing registration to add to your group. If you feel there is an error, please contact registration.

Event Attendee Registration Acknowledgement

By registering and attending the 2026 Deepwater Operations / Topsides Platforms & Hulls, you acknowledge and accept Endeavor Business Media’s Code of Conduct and Event Terms & Conditions.

Payment and Cancellation Policies

Payment must be received prior to the conference. If payment is not received by the conference date, the registration fee must be guaranteed on charge card until proof of payment is provided. Make check payable to Endeavor Business Media/2026 Deepwater Operations / Topsides Platforms & Hulls.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to registration@endeavorb2b.com for refund consideration. Substitutions can be requested at any time by writing to the Registration Department.

Cancellations received before September 28, 2026, are completed with a 50% refund. After September 28, 2026, no refunds are permitted.

No refunds are offered if the event in shortened and/or cancelled due to weather or other conditions or circumstances beyond Endeavor Business Media’s control.
