Prior to joining Fieldwood, Mr. Neighbors has had senior project leadership roles globally for multiple operating companies including ConocoPhillips and BP on major oil & gas developments, both offshore and onshore. He has over 25 years of industry experience in all stages of field developments from early appraisal through to start-up and operations. Mr. Neighbors is a registered professional mechanical engineer, a certified project management professional, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Ocean Engineering from the Florida Institute of Technology.
