Tom Keating is the Operations Manager for Gulf of Mexico Construction at Bagwell Energy Services. Tom’s 40 years in the oil and gas business has been primarily focused on Offshore Operations. His career began as an apprentice level position with Phillips Petroleum where he experienced opportunities that included the development of Phillips SEM’s program and eventually led to GOM Asset Manager in 1998. As Phillips divested properties in the GOM Tom accepted a position as a Project Manager with Wood in 2001, later advancing to Vice President of Operations during his 19 years with the company. Currently Tom is the Offshore Operations Manager for the construction business with Bagwell Energy Services.
