University of Houston Downtown graduate in Social Sciences and minored in Mechanical Engineering Technology. Graduated with an MBA in 2006 from University of Houston Victoria. He has over 27 years of experience in various areas of engineering and design, construction, commissioning, and operations in Downstream, Upstream and Midstream. He has worked for 4 large global engineering firms and 3 owner operators. While working as a mechanical reliability and piping integrity engineer, he began to focus on ways of using data and technology to improve efficiency. In 2005, Glenn took this passion for applying IT and Data to Shell where he has been a proponent of innovation and digitalization for the last 14 years .
