Chris has 25 years of experience in the design, construction and installation of deepwater floating production systems. Chris joined Shell’s Deepwater Projects & Technology group in 2006 as the Turret Delivery Manager for the Espirito Santo FPSO for the BC-10 Phase 1 development. Subsequently, he served as the Offshore Coordination and Shut Down Manager for the second phase of the BC-10 development. After completion of work in Brazil, Chris returned to Houston to lead the FPS Civil Marine team for the Appomattox development. Chris is currently the FPSO Manager for the Gato do Mato field, Santos Basin Brazil.

Prior to joining Shell, Chris worked at McDermott, Aker Engineering, and KBR on various notable projects such as the Genesis Spar, Diana DDCV, Thunder Horse PDQ, Atlantis PQ and the P-43/48 FPSOs. Chris graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science and a Masters of Science in Ocean Engineering.
