As a Partner with iCAN Technologies LLC, David Decuir is primarily responsible for the development and delivery of leading edge technical solutions to the oil and gas industry. With more than 15 years of management and operations experience in the upstream and midstream sectors of the oil and gas industry, most recently centric to offshore Gulf of Mexico, Decuir combines both practical, hands-on experience in oil and gas operations and technological innovation to deliver meaningful performance enhancements to operators and their business partners. Decuir earned his Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering Technology and Master of Business Administration from Nicholls State University.
