Shree Akhave is Director of Engineering for Genesis Oil and Gas - a wholly owned company of TechnipFMC. and leads the TechnipFMC Offshore Engineering for North America. He has over 35 years’ experience in offshore design and production primarily in Management and Engineering of Turnkey EPCI offshore Projects. This has included significant experience in executing major solutions from Concept to Startup and providing all types of field development solutions, particularly those based on fixed and floating production systems and subsea production systems. Previous positions have included Director of Engineering for McDermott/FloaTEC and various Process Engineering positions at ABB, KBR . He holds a BS from IIT/Mumbai, MS in Chemical Engineering from University of Nebraska. and also holds an MBA from the University of Houston, and has co-authored 2 patents, and has written numerous technical and management articles in the field of Topsides / Offshore Fixed Platforms and Floating Structures .
