Will Hernandez is Vice President for Strategy & Growth for The Quality Companies. He has over 35 years in the Offshore Energy Industry, he spent 18 years with Chevron in various operations positions. Will spent 12 years with Wood where he held different positions, some of those were that he developed and implemented Wood’s Competency Assurance Program for the business’ Gulf of Mexico region and Operations Manager for the MWCC (Marine Well Containment Company). MWCC is responsible for the operations of the Containment System during a response to a deep water well control incident in the U.S. Gulf of Mexico, and finally ended as the group’s V.P. Business Development for the Gulf of Mexico region.

Will is a board member of the Deepwater Operations Advisory Committee. Will is involved with LAGCOE Oilfield Alumni Committee, LAGCOE Welcome Committee, and LAGCOE VIP Tour volunteer. Will is also actively involved with the Bonaparte Mardi Gras crew. Will was awarded PSN’s Integrity award for his work involving the GOM BP MC252 Deepwater Horizon involvement.

He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Services Technology and an Associate Degree in Petroleum Safety from Nicholls State University, Thibodeaux, La.
