Patrick Eiland is Vice President - HSE & Regulatory for QuarterNorth Energy LLC. Mr. Eiland has over 30 years of experience operating in the upstream oil & gas and maritime industries and is a retired U.S. Coast Guard veteran. He leads all health, safety, environmental & regulatory compliance activities across the U.S. Outer Continental Shelf, including production, drilling, construction, decommissioning, and logistics. He holds a Master of Science in Transportation Management from Florida Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Management/Communications from the University of South Alabama.
