Sarah Hill is accountable for safe, ethical, and competitive supply chain and for the integration of all procurement activity for the Gulf of Mexico/Canada, Trinidad and global refining and pipelines in the Americas and Europe.

Sarah joined bp as a graduate, commencing her career in the North Sea. Over the last 20 years, she has had the opportunity to work across the bp group. Sarah is a strong believer in the power of one team, bp and our supplier community, we are better together, and believes that procurement has a large role to play in bp’s ambition to re-imagine energy for people and our planet, and to help the world get to net zero. Sarah is delighted to be a member of the board of SRMSDC.

Sarah holds an MBA from Arizona State University and a bachelor’s degree in business administrative studies from Robert Gordon’s University. She is a certified Professional Member of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing.

Away from work, Sarah enjoys spending time ‎with her husband and three children, pursuing her ambition to climb all the munros in Scotland.
