Kevin Raatz is the Senior Facilities Engineer Advisor for Oxy’s Horn Mountain facility in the GOM and he has more than thirty-four years of experience in the upstream oil and gas industry. He experience covers all project phases: field development planning, concept screening, Pre-FEED, FEED, detailed engineering, onsite fabrication and integration support, offshore installation support and startup/commissioning of fixed and floating platforms worldwide. Kevin received a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Oklahoma State University and is a registered Professional Engineer in the state of Texas. He was a been a guest lecturer for the Society of Petroleum Engineers, Universidad de los Andes, Bogota Columbia and Lukoil Offshore, Moscow Russia.
