David is currently a Partner & Senior VP with ARGO-EFESO, a global, pure play consultancy firm focused on end-to-end operations strategy and performance improvement. He leads all aspects of client engagements from negotiation to project delivery for private and public companies while holding trusted client relationships at CEO & Executive Committee level.

Prior to this, David was President of ICR, a private equity backed technology business. There he reported to the group CEO and was responsible for the management and growth of ICR across the US, Canada, Latin America & the Caribbean. Before joining ICR, he enjoyed 12 years with global engineering leader, Wood where latterly he was Vice President of Growth & Development for Wood’s operations business in the Americas. In his time with Wood, he also held Group Technical Assurance Director and VP Gulf of Mexico Operations where he relocated to Lafayette, LA in 2015 before moving to Houston, TX in 2018. Prior to joining Wood, David worked for bp and GE, in various leadership roles across the UK, Africa, Asia, Europe and Australia.

He is an incorporated mechanical engineer, a member of both the Institution of Mechanical Engineers and American Society of Mechanical Engineers. He holds a master’s degree in business administration (MBA) from Louisiana State University (LSU) and a bachelor’s in mechanical engineering from Robert Gordons University (RGU).
