Ben Cheatham is a Major Capital Project Delivery Lead with more than 15 years of experience delivering complex projects from engineering through offshore execution including Subsea, Transportation & Installation, Procurement and Fabrication. His career includes leadership roles on multiple global MCPs, most recently as the T&I Lead of the Anchor FPU in the Gulf of America and currently the Topsides Delivery Lead on the Aphrodite FPU in the eastern Mediterranean. Ben has managed multiple large-scale installation programs involving all aspects of facility delivery including moorings, steel catenary risers, subsea infrastructure, diving, pipelay, heavy lifts and FPU design.
