His expertise spans floating production systems, risers, fixed offshore structures, fabrication, installation, structural integrity management, and life extension of offshore assets.

Meng-Sing has 9 years of experience in the design, analysis, project engineering, construction, and installation of fixed offshore structures, and 10 years as a Riser Analyst and Lead, responsible for the design, analysis, and project delivery of Top Tensioned Risers (TTRs) and Steel Catenary Risers (SCRs). He also has 11 years of specialized experience in life extension, including structural integrity assessments, fitness-for-service evaluations, risk assessments, and the development of cost-effective mitigation and life-extension strategies for both floating and fixed offshore assets.
