Issac Dantin is the Safety Director for Danos. Issac has over 23 years of experience with Danos and began his career in 1996 as a roustabout contracted to Chevron.
After being hired directly by Chevron in 2008, Issac returned to Danos in 2010 and has served as Safety Director since then, leading a world-class safety team and company-wide initiatives that strengthen the company’s safety culture. In 2025, Danos achieved its best safety performance in company history, recording a TRIR of 0.07 across more than 11.5 million work hours and over 3,700 employees.

Issac is a highly requested speaker among Danos customers and industry partners, where he frequently presents on Human Performance principles and the IOGP Life-Saving Rules, helping organizations strengthen frontline safety leadership and operational discipline.

He attended Criswell College and Nicholls State University and holds a Certified Health and Safety Official (CHSO) designation from Arlington University. Issac holds the unique distinction of being the only employee in Danos history to receive both the Field Employee of the Year and Staff Employee of the Year awards.
