Steven Treviño is an accomplished leader with deep expertise in robotics, business strategy, and operational excellence. As the Business Opportunity Manager for the U.S. Gulf Coast, Steven drives business transformation and performance improvement across the region. Leading the One Performance initiative, he optimizes safety, production, and financial performance, while assessing business opportunities and building credible investment cases. Previously, Steven led the Shell Robotics Center of Excellence, implementing robotics solutions that enhanced operational performance and reduced HSSE risks.

Steven is actively involved in industry organizations, accelerating the development, deployment, and adoption of disruptive technologies and collaboratively developing industry best practice and recommended standards. An alumnus of Texas A&M University where he studied Petroleum and Mechanical Engineering, Steven combines technical, commercial, and leadership capabilities to drive innovation and business transformation.
