Eric M. Grzelak, Ph.D. is a Production Engineer with Murphy Oil Corporation, where he supports the Delta House and Dalmatian deepwater assets in the Gulf of America. He previously served as Facilities Engineer for Delta House, leading major offshore capital projects, turnaround execution, and production facility improvements. Prior to joining Murphy Oil, Dr. Grzelak spent more than 12 years with SLB and OneSubsea in engineering and leadership roles focused on subsea production systems, flow assurance, process engineering, and early field development. He has authored numerous technical publications, holds a U.S. patent, and earned a Ph.D. in Chemical and Biological Engineering from the University at Buffalo.
