Paul is the Manager for Capital Projects - Americas Offshore in Chevron Technology, Projects, and Execution. Since joining Chevron in 2000 as a floating systems design engineer, Paul has held a variety of technical and managerial positions in his career with Chevron, including assignments in Houston, Perth, and Barrow Island Australia.

Notable assignments include Tahiti Project Floating Systems and installation, North West Shelf Technical Coordinator, Gorgon LNG Jetty Project Manager, South N’Dola Project Manager, DWEP FE Manager, Jack and St. Malo Project Manager, Capital Projects GM Talent Management, and serving as a personnel development representative in various capacities for the last 10+ years.

Paul is on the Industry Advisory Board for Texas A&M Ocean Engineering and is a long-standing member of the Society of Naval Architects and Marine Engineers
