Brad Hubbard serves as the Emergency Response Manager for Shell USA in the Gulf of America. In this role, Brad leads all-hazard programs for emergency preparedness, response, recovery, and security for offshore operations. Hubbard has experience across a broad range of energy sector operations, including upstream, downstream, shipping, and renewable energy. Throughout his Shell career, Hubbard has supported response readiness and provided in-country incident management for Shell assets around the world.

Bradley earned a B.S. in Crisis and Disaster Management & an M.S. in Occupational Safety Management; both from the University of Central Missouri. Additionally, he is an alumnus of the National Preparedness Leadership Initiative at Harvard University.
