Carlos Chiquillo is a senior energy executive with more than two decades of leadership experience across offshore and onshore oil and gas developments in the United States and international markets. A mechanical engineer with an MBA from the University of Houston, he has held senior executive roles within global engineering and EPC organizations, including Director of Business Development at KBR, Vice President of Growth and Development at Wood, among other. . Throughout his career, has worked and supported deepwater developments, topsides facilities, pipelines, subsea systems, and integrated offshore projects, with direct responsibility for P&L performance, strategic growth, and major contract negotiations. Mr. Chiquillo’s offshore expertise spans project management, business development, materials management, and field execution, including hands-on experience during offshore installation campaigns and oversight of engineering, procurement, and construction programs. He has supported complex developments across LATAM and the Americas, working with major operators such as Pemex, Ecopetrol, ENI, and others. Recognized for driving operational excellence, revenue growth, and strategic partnerships, he brings to the Advisory Board a balanced perspective that combines technical rigor, commercial discipline, and executive-level governance in deepwater operations, topsides platforms, and hull developments.
