David Sedge is a Partner at EFESO Management Consultants, bringing nearly three decades of global leadership experience in driving operational excellence, transformation, and growth across the chemicals, energy, and process industries.
He advises corporate and private equity clients on operational transformation, performance improvement, growth strategy, and value creation, leading large-scale programs that deliver sustainable business results. Prior to EFESO, David served as President of the Americas for ICR Group and held several senior leadership positions with Wood, including Vice President of Strategy & Development and Vice President for the Gulf of Mexico.
David began his career with BP and General Electric (Nuovo Pignone) as a mechanical engineer and rotating equipment specialist, developing deep expertise across onshore and offshore operations, maintenance, reliability, asset integrity, and operational excellence before progressing into executive leadership roles across the UK, Australia, and the Americas.
He holds an MBA from Louisiana State University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Robert Gordon University. David serves on the Gulf of Mexico Deepwater Operations Industry Advisory Board and is a member of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers (IMechE), the Society for Maintenance & Reliability Professionals (SMRP), and the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME).
