Industrial Artificial Intelligence is rapidly becoming part of the offshore industry's digital agenda, but turning AI ambition into measurable operational value remains a challenge.

This interactive pre-conference workshop will bring together operators, technology leaders, engineering organizations, and service providers to explore how AI can address real challenges across offshore operations and field development.

Rather than focusing on technology alone, the session will examine practical industry challenges. From disconnected data and knowledge accessibility, operational efficiency, asset reliability, and demonstrating measurable value from industrial AI investments.

Participants will hear short perspectives and real-world examples from industry practitioners before working collaboratively in breakout groups to explore selected challenges, identify potential AI-enabled approaches, assess implementation requirements and barriers, and define what would be needed to move from concept to execution.

Insights collected from participants before the event will help shape the discussion, ensuring the workshop focuses on challenges that are relevant to the audience.

The objective is simple: move the conversation from “What can industrial AI do?” to “Where can industrial AI create meaningful value offshore, and what will it take to make it happen?”
