Todd Veselis, PE, is the Founder and Managing Director of D3 Engineering Solutions, a consultancy providing full life cycle mooring design and installation projects, which he established in 2020. He holds a BS in Ocean Engineering from Texas A&M University, is a registered Professional Engineer in Texas, and has over 27 years of mooring and installation experience in the oil and gas industry. D3 specializes in project management, mooring design, and offshore installation for drilling and production facilities in all water depths. Prior to founding D3, Todd served as Vice President of Projects and Engineering at InterMoor Inc., where he led engineering teams and managed complex permanent mooring projects worldwide.
