Shervin Sadeghi, Founder and Managing Director of Pardis Partners, leads a Houston-based advisory platform connecting global energy technologies with U.S. operators and EPCs. He also serves as U.S. Senior Energy Advisor to the Norwegian energy sector. Beginning his career in Lloyd’s Register’s Global Energy Graduate Program, designed to provide exposure to the full energy value chain, he developed his expertise in North Sea integrity programs in Aberdeen, subsea and topside design appraisal and verification schemes in London, and as a site verification engineer on Shell’s Prelude FLNG in South Korea, the world’s largest floating LNG project. Over the past decade in Houston, he has established a SaaS-enabled Reliability Division at Lloyd’s Register Energy (now Vysus Group) and later led the growth of its Asset Performance Division, driving software-enabled digital transformation in integrity, maintenance, and reliability for energy and industrial operators across the Americas. He holds BEng and MSc degrees from the Universities of Manchester and Southampton and is a UK Chartered Mechanical Engineer and U.S. Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP).
