Rodney Townsend is a seasoned offshore leader with over 17 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. His career spans key roles in maintenance, operations, and offshore leadership. Rodney has contributed to three major greenfield projects with Shell—Olympus, Vito, and currently Sparta. He is deeply passionate about delivering offshore projects and takes pride in building high-performing operations teams that support long-term energy production.

Outside of work, Rodney enjoys traveling and spending quality time with his wife and four children.
