Roger Boyce is VP of Production for Gulf of America, bp, accountable for the safe, reliable and efficient operations of the operator’s five offshore assets in GoA and a proud advocate of resilient hydrocarbons in support of the energy transition. Roger has 26 years of production leadership experience with bp. Prior his current role, Roger served as VP Production for bp Angola including the handover to Azule Energy in 2022. Roger has deepwater operations experience in chemicals, midstream, and offshore assets in UK, Azerbaijan, Angola, and GoA. He has been involved with seven major project start-ups. Roger holds an MEng in Chemical Engineering and in Environmental Technology from University of Manchester; and is a Fellow of ICheme.
