Andrew H. Kershaw is Executive Vice President, Offshore, for Occidental (US Offshore), a leading international exploration and production company and one of the largest U.S. oil and gas companies.

Andrew brings 39 years of global energy expertise, including 33 years with Occidental, resident across six countries. Formerly President and General Manager for Occidental of Bahrain and Qatar, and CEO of Tatweer Petroleum, he has led major offshore projects from the UK to the Middle East to the Gulf of America, pioneering advanced recovery techniques.

Andrew drives Occidental’s global offshore operations and development, including eight deepwater platforms in the U.S. Gulf, producing over 15% of U.S. offshore output. His leadership ensures
