Bio
Glenn practiced upstream energy law for forty years with Legge Farrow and HFW USA, representing ExxonMobil, Transocean, Petrobras Americas Inc., Cameron International and TETRA Technologies. His transactional, regulatory and litigation experience involved large projects in the upstream energy, offshore wind and construction sectors. He has been involved with in three landmark cases before the Texas Supreme Court involving complex construction disputes, energy insurance coverage issues and a case of first impression involving subsurface trespass of H2S/CO2. Glenn has led teams on innovative projects, including the creation of Marine Well Containment Company following the Deepwater Horizon disaster. He is is assisting in the leadership of the University of Houston Repurposing of Offshore Infrastructure for Continued Energy (ROICE) Program and teaches at the University of Texas Rig School.
