Nic Wills is a Director of Business Development at MODEC Houston. He is a seasoned energy professional with a diverse global background in the floating energy sector, having worked in Asia, Australia, North, and South America. In his role at MODEC, he specializes in formulating market share growth strategies, cultivating robust stakeholder relationships, and executing account management and capture planning. Nic's responsibilities encompass account and prospect development in the energy industry, with focus on oil & gas and floating offshore wind sectors. In addition, Nic has furthered MODEC’s development within the non-hydrocarbon production area, including carbon storage, hydrogen and ammonia markets. Before his current role, Nic held various positions such as Operations Development Manager, Fleet Operations Readiness Manager, and Asset Manager. Nic earned a Master of Management (MMgt) from Monash University, Australia completing additional studies in Italy (Prato Centre, Florence) and Chile (Universidad de Chile, Santiago).
