Bec is a chartered chemical engineer and has worked for bp for 18 years in a variety of leadership, front line operations, finance, commercial, and engineering roles across 3 countries (Australia, UK, USA). Bec is currently the engineering manager for Thunder Horse, and leads a diverse team of engineers delivering value to one of the largest platforms in GOM. Prior to this role she worked in bp's refining businesses, including leading the Toledo Refinery reliability improvement program as the Transformation & Modernization Manager, and leading the operations team to deliver safe, reliable, and compliant operations as the Operations Superintendent.

Bec is a passionate about delivering value, developing others to achieve beyond what they thought possible, and working in on complex and challenging problems. She is happily married to Allan, and together they have three children, Harry (5), Allegra (4), and Mia (4). She enjoys spending time with her family, travelling, and working out.
