Andrew is a University of Michigan graduate who has been working with Chevron as a Marine Engineer since 2020. Working for Chevron he has developed, planned, and executed the hull, mooring, and marine inspections offshore. He has hands on experience taking 3rd party and internal technologies offshore and implementing them to inspect assets more safely, cheaply, and efficiently. In Chervon's marine inspections he's helped bring drones, specialty mini-rovs, advanced deluge testing solutions and other technologies to their deepwater platforms. Not only trialing these technologies and gaining regulatory alignment but establishing year over year programs to continue their use and increase the realized value in these new technologies. In the Gulf of Mexico, he established in house mini-ROV and UAS capabilities with their offshore operators, pairing powerful new technology with experienced operators to increase their capabilities while leveraging their current skill sets and knowledge base.
