Mitchell Loyd has 15 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, with an extensive background in operational excellence and process improvement. He started his career on the service side before transitioning to the operator side where he has worked for over a decade. Loyd leads Woodside Energy's International Operations' Additive Manufacturing Program, where he collaborates with international counterparts to enhance operational and supply chain outcomes at an enterprise level.

Loyd is a member of a consortium of 8 operators that develops best practices, commercial models, and standards for digital inventories leveraging AM’s capabilities, specifically for the oil and gas sector.

He holds an undergraduate degree from Northwestern and advanced certifications in additive manufacturing from MIT & ASTM. In addition, he is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, PMP (Project Management Professional), and Agile Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
