Randy has over 42 years experience in the offshore industry, with the first two years of his career in the drilling industry. In 1993, he moved to the consulting industry, with W.H. Linder & Associates at the start of the Mars TLP Project. His Deepwater career continued, working on the Ursa, NaKika and Perdido Projects, with short stints on several other projects. In 2016, he moved to Houston to manage the Shell Vito Project, and take over the lead role for Jacobs/Worley’s Offshore Topsides Business. Randy retired from full time work in January, 2022, moving into his current consulting role.
Randy holds Bachelors and Masters degrees in civil engineering from the University of New Orleans, and is a registered professional engineer in Louisiana. Randy and Debra have three grown children – two daughters and one son, along with 2 grandchildren.
