Rocky Robbins is the Portfolio Director for QuarterNorth Energy. His recent experience has been focused on Gulf of Mexico deepwater operations. Before joining QuarterNorth, he held numerous roles onshore, offshore, and international for Noble Energy. Rocky earned a Bachelor of Science in petroleum engineering from the Colorado School of Mines in 2005. He received his MBA from Rice University in 2017.
