Why are analytics projects so challenging? What are the common themes and obstacles encountered by teams when seeking these analytics objectives? In this presentation, we will explore some key challenges and successes that the Hess Gulf of Mexico Operations team has come across during our digitization journey and provide a forward look into how we can better enable our workforce to utilize the myriad of tools that are either readily available to them or that will better enable them to develop self-service analytics / actionable insights.
